Riverfront Downtown Elk River Business Association formed in September of 1982 to elevate Elk River’s image and businesses. The association’s objective is to network and market local businesses, connect with the community, and collaborate with the City of Elk River on municipal improvements. Association members play an important role in keeping our downtown and community strong and making Elk River a destination for business and community events.

BENEFITS INCLUDE:

  • Collaborative marketing with other local small businesses.

  • Broader brand recognition via special event printed and digital periodicals as well as online advertising (including our events and members webpages).

  • Improved search engine results page ranking with link sharing.

  • Direct collaboration with Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Elk RIver, Sherburne County and member businesses.

  • Shape decisions regarding commerce and events downtown and in the surrounding community.

BEAUTIFICATION

Through a dedicated partnership, the Riverfront Downtown Elk River Business Association and the City of Elk River implement strategic municipal improvements and a multifaceted beautification program, enhancing Downtown’s functionality and community appeal.
